At **Grúas y Servicios del Golfo** we are a Mexican company specialized in crane rental for lifting operations, equipment, and land transportation of regular and specialized cargo; comprehensive services for dismantling, loading, transporting, and assembling equipment for the oil, energy, maritime, and civil construction industries, rental of drilling fluid plants and industrial lots, as well as rental of peripheral and storage equipment. **Job Description:** Support the logistics department to ensure the requested service is delivered to clients with quality, responsibility, and efficiency, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external requirements regarding Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Environment, and Quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure that the units under your responsibility (tractor-trailers and trailers) have up-to-date preventive maintenance and valid annual certification, completed on time. * Prepare and audit unit folders to ensure they contain all relevant information required for service operations (circulation cards, permits, authorizations, insurance policies, preventive maintenance records, unit certification, tool certification, HDS, etc.). * Generate API \- CUSTOMS folios, register in Excel format, and send every 15th and last day of the month to Billing. * Handle personnel pass procedures for API Dos Bocas * Manage waybills for cargo transportation services * Cover weekend shifts * Attend to and follow up on accidents **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar positions * Must be able to drive standard vehicles, with verifiable employment references. * Updated CURP, RFC, and NSS * Employment verification documents We Offer: * Weekly base salary * Statutory benefits * Personal protective equipment * Opportunities for career growth If you meet all the requirements, send us your resume and we will contact you.
