Promotes discipline and operational efficiency within teams **Position: Offset Production Manager** **Location:** CDMX **Department:** Graphic Arts / Production Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise offset printing processes at the plant. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene performance indicators. * Implement preventive and corrective action plans. * Lead production teams, promoting discipline and operational efficiency. * Optimize delivery timelines and operational profitability. Requirements: * **Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in offset printing production leadership.** * Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 5S, BPM). * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Availability to coordinate shifts and work on-site.
