A company dedicated to the construction of single-family homes, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency in each of its developments, is currently seeking a **Machinery Manager** to join its team at the **Pomoca Bicentenario** subdivision, located in **Cárdenas, Tabasco**. Oversee, coordinate, and ensure the proper use, maintenance, and control of machinery assigned to the subdivision, guaranteeing its availability, efficiency, and lifespan, as well as compliance with established project schedules and safety protocols. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the use of machinery across different construction fronts. * Verify the physical and operational condition of heavy and light machinery. * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Control the supply of fuels, lubricants, and spare parts. * Keep updated records of operating hours, logs, and operation reports. * Manage purchase requisitions for spare parts, external services, and machinery leasing contracts when necessary. * Ensure machinery operations comply with safety and hygiene guidelines. * Coordinate with site supervisors, warehouse, and procurement staff to ensure equipment and supplies availability. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on machinery availability, costs, and performance. **Requirements** * **Education:** Mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or related field. (Technician with extensive experience may be considered). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years managing and supervising construction machinery in construction or urban development projects. * **Technical knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery. * Fuel and lubricant management. * On-site equipment logistics. * Maintenance of logs and reports. * Office suite (intermediate Excel skills). * **Skills:** Leadership, organization, problem-solving, effective communication. **Working Conditions** * Full-time schedule. * Field work with supervision across various construction fronts. * Availability to respond to machinery-related emergencies.
