Job Summary: LA FERRE is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure proper handling of the warehouse area, coordinate loading/unloading operations, maintenance, and supervise safety policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages warehouse and goods logistics efficiently. 2. Supervises compliance with safety policies. 3. Conducts inventory checks and resolves merchandise discrepancies. We operate 84 sales points, 7 distribution centers, and 11 industrial sales units. Due to expansion, we are seeking new talent — join our team as: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR \- TENOSIQUE Responsibilities: Ensure proper handling of the warehouse area. Coordinate direct deliveries to customers. Coordinate unloading from suppliers. Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and organization of merchandise and warehouse equipment. Supervise compliance with safety policies. Perform rotating inventory of merchandise according to the monthly schedule. Resolve merchandise quantity discrepancies in store allocations. Review returns of slow-moving merchandise. Verify that customer returns and deliveries are valid. Requirements: Valid and up-to-date Tax Status Certificate is mandatory. Minimum education: High school diploma (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. We Offer: Weekly Salary: $2,000\.00 net.
