




**General Objective:** Manage the commercial strategy to achieve increased sales results by promoting hospital services to clients, thereby securing their preference, in alignment with sales initiatives to meet position-specific goals and performance indicators. **Job Responsibilities:** * Promote hospital services to various institutions, companies, schools, and physicians through frequent visits to increase revenue for the Hospital Unit. * Consolidate sales, agreements, and quotations for hospital services, and negotiate sales terms with potential clients. * Follow up on sales, post-sales activities, and established agreements with clients to verify service delivery compliance and client satisfaction. * Promote hospital medical services to the medical community and individual patients. * Identify physicians who have become less productive and follow up to enhance their productivity. * Effectively implement established sales plans, delivering measurable and verifiable results. * Prepare activity tracking and closure reports. * Submit monthly productivity reports. * Continuously monitor market trends to promote competitive, high-quality hospital services. * Define clear, measurable, and achievable goals for each team member and for the department as a whole. * Ensure individual goals directly contribute to the hospital’s overall objectives. * Provide each team member with a clear understanding of how their actions impact goal achievement. * Deviation Identification: Monitor progress toward goals and detect any deviations from the plan. * Corrective Action Implementation: Take timely measures to address any emerging issues or challenges. * Strategy Adaptation: Adjust sales strategies as needed to ensure success. * Actively participate in emergency codes, facility security brigades, and scheduled drills. * Attend assigned training sessions. **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 2 years in hospital services sales. 1 year in commercial team management. 1 year in public relations. **Schedule:** — **Travel Required:** — **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **MAC Periférico Sur** CONTACT **Email:** angel.herrera@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:** Apply
