Thank you for your interest in our posting. The KITCHEN ASSISTANT position offers a MONTHLY salary of $10,100 plus tips. Tips are paid biweekly and vary depending on sales performance, punctuality, and attendance. Shifts are rotating; every two weeks, the following shifts alternate: 06:00–15:00, 13:00–22:00, and 21:00–06:00. One day off per week is scheduled directly with your immediate supervisor. Additionally, bonuses for punctuality and attendance are distributed biweekly. Job responsibilities include: * Food production * General cleaning * Plating * Inventory management / FIFO Basic knowledge required in: * Hot kitchen / Cold kitchen * Oriental cuisine / Sushi Payment is made on the 15th and the last day of each month.
