Opportunities for process improvement. \*Job Description\* In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the customer portfolio, ensuring efficient collection, reconciliation, and balance recovery processes. Your mission will be to maintain orderly control of financial information, strengthen relationships with internal and external customers, and contribute to achieving the company's liquidity objectives. \*Responsibilities\* * Monitor the assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with collection processes. * Analyze overdue balances, identify risks, and propose recovery actions. * Coordinate account reconciliations with customers and internal departments. * Prepare tracking reports, key performance indicators, and collection forecasts. * Manage communications with customers to resolve payment- and billing-related issues. * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Credit, Billing, and Finance to ensure integrated portfolio management. * Identify opportunities for improving portfolio control and recovery processes. \*Requirements\* * High school diploma * Prior experience in portfolio management, collections, or accounts receivable. * Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and payment tracking processes. * Proficiency in Excel * Ability to negotiate, follow up, and resolve customer-related issues. Valid driver's license * Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
