





Grupo Financiero **VALE AMIGO** is hiring. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the development and implementation of sales strategies. * Strategic planning for collections. * Guide and support in addressing situations arising at the branch, seeking effective resolutions. * Develop new business plans and expand potential customer base. * Generate periodic performance reports for the branch. * Manage assigned teams according to established plans. * Integrate, develop, and motivate personnel under supervision. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within financial institutions specializing in group credit, with verifiable track record. * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (desirable). * Availability to travel within the city and manage personnel under supervision. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and possession of a valid driver's license.
