JOIN THE ESTAFETA TEAM Position Objective Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and standards, ensuring that all domestic and international shipments are routed, sorted, dispatched, and directed to their destinations to meet established service guarantees with customers. Job Functions or Activities. 1\. Supervise personnel to weigh, sort, route, and attach routing labels to each shipment. 2\. Ensure that the necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations. 3\. Supervise, control, and direct the operational staff under your responsibility. 4\. Develop training and development programs for subordinate personnel. 5\. Determine pre-alerts issued to locations, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each one. 6\. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipping Control department. 7\. Implement contingency plans.
