Laundry Operator A laundry operator is responsible for all activities in the area, as well as supporting housekeeping operations and providing assistance with guest requests related to dry cleaning services. **What will I do?** As a laundry operator, you are responsible for supporting laundry operations and responding to guest dry cleaning service requests to deliver an excellent experience for guests and members. A laundry assistant will also be required to manage and respond to guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when needed * Complete laundry cycles, folding of clothes, and proper storage * Manage guest requests according to company brand standards and single-call response timeframes * Greet guests in public areas and rooms in a warm and friendly manner * Provide dry cleaning services to guests through an external provider * Ensure dirty and damaged linens are stored in boxes and inventoried correctly for removal from inventory * Maintain the linen room and uniform storage: ensure floors are stocked with the correct quantity of each linen item * Ensure chemicals are used and stored properly * Report maintenance issues and hazards * Comply with hotel safety, fire prevention regulations, and all health and safety legislation. **What are we looking for?** A laundry operator with experience in the field who possesses the knowledge to handle guest situations and provide supervisory support, always working on behalf of our guests and collaborating with other team members.
