Verification and follow-up of documentation until final processing **ADPA Wealth Development**, a company dedicated to providing savings box and loan services for unionized personnel, is seeking a committed Credit Executive with a service-oriented attitude and passion for customer service. **Credit Executive** **Requirements:** Age: 20 years and older Gender: Unrestricted Education: Incomplete undergraduate degree or technical training in Administration/Economics/Computer Science. Experience in customer service and service delivery. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Windows software suite, specifically Excel. **Responsibilities** * Excellent ability to serve and advise customers on loan and savings matters * Manage loan and savings-related information within the company's internal system * Verify, track, and validate documentation until final processing **We Are Looking For** * Excellent service-oriented attitude. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Enthusiasm for teamwork and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Salary of **$10,300\.00 gross monthly** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Working hours: Monday to Friday, and occasionally Saturdays (half-day).
