




**Objective:** Maintenance personnel are required for building conservation (masonry, painting, drywall, wall repair, plumbing, welding, carpentry, electricity) to keep facilities in optimal condition, ensuring safety, functionality, and good appearance. This is **NOT** construction. **Tasks to be performed:** · General building maintenance. · Repair of walls, floors, ceilings, and finishes (masonry and drywall). · Painting, patching, and waterproofing work. · Inspection and repair of doors, windows, and locks. · Inspection of installations. · Support in the conservation of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. · Report or resolve minor failures to prevent major damage. · Corrective and preventive conservation. · Address defects immediately. · Conduct scheduled inspections to anticipate repair needs. · Support in minor adaptations. · Adaptations or adjustments in building areas according to requirements. · Installation or removal of lightweight structures such as drywall. Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. $6000 biweekly, net. Benefits in accordance with the law. Position type: Full-time, indefinite term. Salary: $12,000.00 per month.
