We have highly trained personnel and extensive experience executing preventive and corrective maintenance work in industrial facilities. As a **Technical Maintenance Supervisor**, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing technical activities related to the maintenance of electrical equipment and industrial facilities. The position involves leading technical personnel in the field, supervising preventive and corrective maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards during service execution. You will also be responsible for diagnosing technical failures, planning maintenance activities, and ensuring proper operation of electrical equipment and associated systems. **Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years verifiable experience** serving as a Technical Supervisor or in similar positions. * Experience in executing industrial maintenance contracts. * Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical systems. * Ability to coordinate technical work teams in the field. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. **Required Technical Experience in:** * Preventive maintenance of **electric motors**. * Corrective maintenance of **electric motors**. * Supply and installation of **motor couplings**. * Supply and installation of **motor bearings**. * Supply and installation of **start capacitors for single-phase motors**. Required Documentation: * Valid official photo identification (INE, driver’s license, or passport), both sides. * Updated resume. * Bachelor’s degree certificate and professional license, both sides. * Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on the services to be performed.** * Employment certificates verifying a minimum of **3 years’ experience** in industrial electrical work. **Location:** Cunduacán, Tabasco. **Employment Type:** Monday to Friday.
