Supervise compliance with technical standards, budgets, and deadlines A prominent industrial company is seeking an ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR. Requirements: \- Letter of recommendation from most recent employer \- Education: Technical Degree in Electricity and/or Electromechanics Ensure operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of electrical installations by leading technical personnel in equipment (substations, switchboards, motors) maintenance, installation, and repair; ensure compliance with technical standards, budgets, and project deadlines, thereby minimizing downtime. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: Report any anomalies. Operation and handling of manlifts, freight elevators, overhead cranes, hot work, and manual load lifting. HVAC LOW AND MEDIUM VOLTAGE ELECTRICITY Electrical work involving isolation of residual energy sources. Technical supervision: Ensure that installations and repairs comply with applicable regulations and technical drawings. * Industrial Safety: Implement occupational health and safety protocols for personnel under supervision. * Team Management: Coordinate, direct, and train the team of electricians. * Maintenance and Operations: Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment (substations, switchboards). * Planning and Resources: Monitor material usage, budgets, and adherence to project deadlines. Work involving low and medium voltage. Performing activities under 5S standards. Experience working with safety and hygiene protocols. WORK LOCATION: Ignacio Manuel Altamirano 1st Section, Tab. Morning shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday; willingness to rotate shifts.
