**CACAO NATIVA**: Seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the branch team, supporting the preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages—including various types of chocolate, coffee, and tea—as well as food preparation. General café staff responsibilities include explaining our beverage menu to customers, making recommendations based on their preferences, selling specialty products, and taking customer orders—ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** · Greet customers upon arrival · Present the beverage menu to customers and answer questions regarding ingredients · Take orders with attention to detail (e.g., coffee blend preferences, milk and sugar quantities) · Prepare beverages according to recipes · Receive and process payments · Maintain cleanliness of work area · Verify that dishes and cups are clean · Check that coffee machines are functioning properly and report any maintenance needs · Comply with health and safety regulations **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in managing branch personnel; general café knowledge. Availability to work various shifts is required.
