Coordination with different departments and monitoring of tender announcements **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive Tender Assistant responsible for supporting the compilation, monitoring, and control of public and private tender processes. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with administrative and technical documentation in accordance with requirements established by clients and government agencies. **Responsibilities:** * Support in the compilation and review of tender files * Monitoring of tender announcements and tender platforms * Review of tender terms, annexes, and administrative/technical requirements * Preparation and management of documentation required for bids and proposals * Tracking of submission deadlines, meetings, and award decisions * Management and updating of physical and digital files * Coordination with different departments to obtain information and documents * Support in administrative procedures related to tenders and contracts **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative processes or tenders (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word * Basic knowledge of government tender platforms (Compranet, IMSS, ISSSTE, or similar) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Sick leave days * Flexible working hours * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
