At **Grúas y Servicios del Golfo**, we are a Mexican company specializing in crane rental for maneuvering, equipment handling, and regular and specialized terrestrial cargo transportation; comprehensive services for dismantling, loading, relocation, and assembly of equipment for the oil, energy, maritime, and civil construction industries; rental of drilling fluid plants and industrial lots; as well as rental of peripheral and storage equipment. **Job Description:** Assists the operator in preparing the unit to receive and properly secure the load, and guides the operator using hand signals, ensuring the safety of all involved and the success of the maneuver, while complying with internal and external requirements regarding Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Environment, and Quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Understand the capabilities of the maneuvering equipment. * Perform work at height, unloading, and positioning of equipment of varying weights and dimensions. * Assist the operator in safe reversing maneuvers, parking maneuvers, or operation in complicated areas. * Securely fasten loads. * Refrain from any deliberate act that could cause, for oneself or third parties, violations of legal, manual, or procedural requirements. * Report any anomalies in assigned equipment and tools to direct supervisors. * Maintain care of tools, equipment, accessories, and legal documentation under one's responsibility, and coordinate shortages with the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license (Truck Driver). * Verifiable experience (3 years). * Physical fitness. * Proficiency in radio communication equipment. * Hand and voice signals for lifting operations. * Training courses: Work at Height, Confined Spaces, General Assistant, Workplace Safety. **Job Competencies:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Influencing and developing others. * Self-development. * Conflict resolution. * Numerical aptitude.
