REQUIREMENTS: \-Completed high school education \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office \-Valid driver’s license \-Valid INE (Mexican official ID) \-Experience in delivery, collections, customer service, and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Ensure timely product delivery to customers, adhering to service protocols. \-Administer and control assigned assets and products. \-Maintain the vehicle’s mechanical condition and appearance, as well as monitor fuel consumption. \-Timely follow-up within the department’s management system. \-Ensure proper loading of goods. \-Execute scheduled routes. \-Provide service to internal and external customers. \-Track returns. \-Perform collections. \-Close out routes. \-Conduct inventory of merchandise under your responsibility. \-Comply with internal policies and traffic regulations. \-Maintain organized and well-preserved documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.) for reporting purposes.
