Job Summary: Provide on-site service to alliance customers, managing, safeguarding, and organizing EPP materials while performing inventory activities and adhering to established procedures. Compliance with programs and procedures **OBJECTIVE:** Provide on-site service to alliance customers and manage, safeguard, and organize EPP materials. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, arrange, and safeguard materials. * Provide personalized customer service during EPP dispatch. * Maintain inventory control for material inflow and outflow. * Understand and comply with departmental procedures documented in the SGI. * Perform any other duties as required and aligned with the position or department. * Comply with the company's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
