If you want to be part of a great company with strong brand recognition, Compusof México, S.A. de C.V. is the place for you. **Job Requirements:** * Education in Computer Science or related field qualifying you for technical support roles. * Minimum 6 months of experience as Technical Support. **Job Responsibilities:** * Planning on-site technical support visits. * Updating, installing, and replacing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. * Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. * Installing and supporting peripherals. * Diagnosing and resolving internet connection failures, including reporting to service providers. * Installing and supporting CCTV systems. * Installing and supporting telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). * Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. * Recording all activities via mobile app. **Required Knowledge:** * Basic networking knowledge. * Hardware repair. * Daily software and hardware support for end users. * At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers. **Benefits and Additional Perks:** * Statutory benefits. * Training. * Company-provided tools. * Travel allowances. **Rotating shifts.** **Apply through this channel — we’ll contact you shortly!**
