Facility Supervisor

Description

**Job Objective**: Ensure that work areas occupied by staff are maintained in orderly and sanitary condition for staff use. **Academic Level**: Primary and/or secondary education. **Experience**: Not required. **Functional Responsibilities** ▪ Clean and disinfect assigned areas according to specific instructions (e.g., offices, restrooms, common areas), performing checklists consistently to ensure optimal conditions for use. ▪ Request, manage, and safeguard cleaning and disinfection equipment, tools, and supplies required to perform duties, exercising control and proper usage to maximize allocated resources, and regularly verifying inventory levels to facilitate timely requests and replenishment by administration. ▪ Store and distribute daily consumables used by staff (e.g., coffee, water, sugar, cookies) to ensure sound management of assigned products for staff consumption. ▪ Promptly report to the immediate supervisor all matters related to duties, especially abnormalities, malfunctions, leaks, defects, and/or any other risk situations occurring during the work shift. ▪ Provide support and assistance to training personnel regarding cleaning, setup, and dismantling of equipment to ensure appropriate space is ready on time and in proper condition for delivering training courses to staff and/or customers. ▪ Apply a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking. ▪ Report accidents or incidents, as well as any situation that may constitute bribery practices in business management, through established channels—without fear of retaliation. ▪ Achieve planned results under the Integrated Management System (standards, policies, procedures, manuals, operational controls, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and any other applicable mechanisms). ▪ Be accountable to the immediate supervisor. ▪ Participate in any other activities promoted or required by the company that align with the position or department.
