




**Purpose of the Position** Timely and efficient management of portfolio recovery, ensuring adherence to collection timelines, reduction of overdue accounts, and appropriate client follow-up—with a focus on service, order, and documentary control. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct telephone and email collections with clients. * Monitor overdue balances, payment commitments, and agreed-upon arrangements promptly. * Record and update payment information, credit notes, and transactions in the system. * Manage and validate billing documentation required for collections (POs, supporting evidence, delivery notes, account statements). * Prepare portfolio reports, aging analyses, and payment behavior summaries. * Coordinate with internal departments (billing, logistics, sales) to resolve inconsistencies. * Identify risks in accounts and propose corrective actions. * Prepare account statements and send them to clients periodically. * Follow up on clarifications, deductions, invoice returns, or rejections. * Support the department’s monthly closing process. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical/professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** 1–3 years in collections, credit and collections, billing, or similar administrative roles. **Knowledge:** * Portfolio management and collections processes. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Administrative systems or ERP (preferred). * Interpretation of account statements and tax documents.
