Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Accounting Analyst to support accounting and tax management, with emphasis on the use of SAT and IMSS platforms, and invoicing. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **Mandatory Requirements:** Availability of time, knowledge of general accounting, proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, experience with Contpaq Accounting and Payroll software. **Skills:** Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. **1\. Academic Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduate or intern) **2\. Work Experience** · Minimum two years of verifiable work experience. Experience in: * SAT platform usage: downloading and canceling invoices, filing corporate tax returns, checking Tax Status Certificates and Compliance Opinions, consulting List 69\-b, accessing the Taxpayer Inbox. * IDSE IMSS, IMSS Virtual Desktop, and INFONAVIT Employer Portal. * Invoicing: issuing income, expense, payment complement, and e-waybill invoices. * Collecting information and submitting documentation for procedures. * Printing, requesting signatures, and archiving payroll records. * Reviewing supplier bank statements. * Verifying invoices. * Monitoring TELEVIA. * Entering quotations and invoices into the Odoo system. * Requesting documentation from clients and suppliers. * Checking the SAT's blacklist. * Accounts payable and receivable. * Invoicing. * Tax calculation (Corporate Entity). * Supporting preparation of accounting and financial reports. * Managing and archiving accounting and tax documentation. **3\.
