Company dedicated to the construction of single-family homes, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency in each of its developments, is currently seeking a **Post-Sales Assistant** to join its team at the **Pomoca Bicentenario** subdivision, located in **Cárdenas, Tabasco**. **Position Objective** Support the Post-Sales Supervisor in the inspection, delivery of homes, and handling of customer complaints, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction. **Position Profile** * **Gender:** Indistinct * **Education:** Degree in Architecture or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role (customer service, post-sales, site supervision, or construction administration). **Required Knowledge** * **Home delivery processes:** final inspection, quality checklist, eco-technologies, cleaning, and documentation. * **Warranty management:** receiving and tracking customer complaints or defects in delivered homes. * **Repair request management:** coordination with work crews, subcontractors, or contractors for timely resolution. * **Housing regulations and standards:** basic knowledge of Building Regulations and the Housing Complex User Manual. * **Post-sales reporting:** control of deliveries, incidents, and customer satisfaction statistics. * **Resident relations:** guidance on community living rules, preventive maintenance, and proper use of facilities. * **Customer communication:** empathetic and professional follow-up during and after delivery. * **Office software proficiency:** Word, Excel, PowerPoint. **Main Functions** * Inspect home conditions prior to delivery (cleaning, eco-technologies, welcome diploma, etc.). * Participate in home and document delivery. * Prepare delivery folders and outcome reports. * Request materials from warehouse for pre-delivery repairs. * Conduct orientation sessions for new residents on community rules and regulations. * Prepare weekly reports on delivery performance (deliveries vs. non-deliveries). * Coordinate social events and community support activities within developments. * Safeguard and disburse income generated from palapa rentals or common areas. * Carry out tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. **Roles and Responsibilities** 1\.
