**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** As a Collections Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant delays, generating payment plans that allow them to bring their payments up to date again. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Visit the homes of debtors who have obtained credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer them various payment plans. Recover overdue accounts. Provide service to our customers with respect and kindness. Inform customers about all the benefits of maintaining current credit payments. Operate a motorcycle following safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:** Completed or incomplete high school education. Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. Motorcycle riding skills. Valid motorcycle driver's license. Ability to use mobile devices. Focused on achieving goals and targets. Effective communication and teamwork skills. **VALUE PROPOSITION:** Weekly base salary of $2,500 MXN. Commissions up to $1,800 MXN. Statutory benefits. Vacation time starting at 12 days.
