Opportunity for professional growth and development G100, a major national developer and industry leader in planning and development, is seeking: QUALITY COORDINATOR FOR CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request and collect information from executive projects for analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of processes at each stage, as implemented by the Quality Department. * Coordinate, verify, and validate the proper operation of Black Work, Gray/White Work, and Finishing processes and/or procedures. * Coordinate and verify the proper operation of urbanization processes and/or procedures, including laboratory report control. * Coordinate, verify, and validate timely and proper delivery to after-sales service. * Monitor Change Orders related to construction processes, with validation by the Quality Department and preparation of weekly progress reports. * Responsible for controlling both digital and physical documents of the quality management system for the development. * Review and approve material and/or product specifications to support continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 28–45 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions * Experience across all disciplines of building installations for residential construction * Knowledge of construction materials * Architectural software (AutoCAD) **SOFT SKILLS:** * Punctuality * Responsibility * Order and cleanliness * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Analysis and observation * Communication **WE OFFER:** * Full IMSS registration (100% employer contribution). * Monthly gross salary of $33,440. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Residence required in Irapuato.
