You will work in a technically challenging environment, focused on **architecture, performance, and scalability**, serving as a technical reference within the team and participating in key decisions. **Location:** CDMX (100% on-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 **Engagement model:** Contractor TOne What will you do? * Design and develop backend solutions using **Java and Spring Boot** * Implement and evolve **microservices and REST APIs** * Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability * Integrate services and ensure reliable workflows * Act as a **technical reference and mentor** within the team * Collaborate in architecture and best practices committees What are we looking for? * \+8 years of experience with **Java (8\+/11/17\)** * Proficiency in **Java Core, concurrency, and multithreading** * Solid experience with **Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security** * **Microservices** architecture and authentication with **JWT** * Relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) * Technical English **A2–B1** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
