**We're hiring! LOCAL AND OUT-OF-TOWN ROUTE EXECUTIVE** Do you enjoy working in the field, having direct contact with people, and being part of a dynamic team? This opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** \- Customer service in the field (no sales or collections!) \- Delivering and completing contracts for group loans \- Reviewing and collecting documents \- Supporting the route supervisor in operational tasks \- The company provides a vehicle and gasoline for routes. **Requirements:** \* Valid or expired driver's license (the company covers 50% of renewal) \* Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (mandatory) \* Availability to travel within the state **What we offer:** The weekly base pay for all routes is $1,800\. On top of this, there is a weekly bonus that varies depending on the assigned route type: \- For local routes, the weekly bonus is $500, totaling approximately $2,300 per week. \- For mixed routes, the bonus is $700, reaching an approximate weekly income of $2,500\. \- For out-of-town routes, the bonus increases to $900, resulting in a total approximate weekly income of $2,700.
