**Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with daily quality, safety, and efficiency goals. Lead and develop the workforce, guarantee material flow and operations in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise assigned personnel in assembly and injection processes. * Plan and organize daily activities to meet established production volumes. * Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and protective equipment. * Generate production reports, incident logs, and area metrics. * Drive continuous improvement in processes and participate in efficiency and waste reduction initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, etc.). * Manage labor incidents in TRESS, absences, and staff turnover during their shift. * Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow. * Comply with and enforce safety, environmental, and internal order policies. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the automotive industry. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement tools, and quality systems. * Leadership, communication, and personnel management skills. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * **Key Competencies:** * Results orientation * Teamwork * Problem solving * Decision making * Organization and planning Job type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
