




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader to plan, coordinate, and supervise machinery maintenance, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance department activities. * Manage **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs** for machinery and equipment. * Diagnose failures and coordinate timely repairs to avoid production stoppages. * Administer departmental resources, spare parts, and budget. * Ensure compliance with **food industry safety, food safety, and quality standards**. * Coordinate work with **external suppliers and contractors**. * Lead, train, and develop the **maintenance technical team**. Requirements * Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience as Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator**. * Experience in **maintenance program management**. * Knowledge of **electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and failure diagnosis**. * Experience in **technical personnel management**. * **Flexible working hours availability**.
