Evaluate the impact of training on incident reduction Position: Operational Training Analyst Department: Operations Salary: $11,000 per month Schedule: Monday to Saturday, two rotating shifts 1st shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs 2nd shift: 13:00–20:00 hrs JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure compliance with operational staff training programs through proper management of the training matrix, KPI tracking, and coordination with account leaders, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and incident reduction. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Training Matrix Management Maintain an up-to-date training compliance matrix. Ensure operational staff complete required training hours. KPI Tracking Monitor monthly training compliance percentage. Track the delivery efficiency index of conducted courses. Evaluate the impact of training on reducing infrastructure (racks) and equipment damage. Coordination with Account Leaders Jointly plan training schedules with managers and supervisors. Ensure trainings do not disrupt daily operations. REQUIREMENTS Education: Recent graduate in Logistics or related field. Attitude: Proactive, organized, and capable of follow-up.
