· Supervise dispatch operations for all shipments, considering the following points: \* Correct pallet configuration considering product dimensions vs. transport dimensions. \* Consider maximum vehicle weight and optimal load distribution.
· Supervise loading, taking photos as evidence at the beginning and end of each shipment.
· Record details of each shipment according to quality department requirements, specifying batches and other required information.
· Provide traffic department with order dimensions and weights for shipping.
· Generate the CFDI transfer document when shipments are transported using company vehicles.
· Deliver documents upon completion of each shipment to the warehouse supervisor (warehouse release, labels, packing list, etc.).
