




Specialized transportation company is seeking personnel to fill a human resources management position that meets the following requirements Maximum age of 45 years, with at least 5 years of experience in transportation companies, coordinating and supervising activities related to the human resources area. Proactive, with completed bachelor's degree relevant to the position, and residing near Tepotzotlan (Tepotzotlan, Cuautitlan, Teoloyucan) Main responsibilities include: \-Identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team based on workplace climate studies and competency assessments \-Analyze talent gaps and define critical profiles for the organization. \-Design and implement training and development programs focused on building key skills and competencies. \-Develop and manage career path plans that promote professional growth and talent retention. \-Create, define, and keep updated succession charts, identifying internal candidates with potential to assume strategic roles. \-Corporate culture improvement program \-Training program design and development for both operators and administrative staff \-Administrative duties related to the position such as: attendance tracking, payroll reporting, punctuality bonus control, filing of termination documents, resignations, etc. \-Operational and administrative training Work schedule: Monday through Saturday.
