Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst for construction projects and tenders, responsible for analyzing productivity, labor costs, and material costs, as well as preparing and evaluating economic proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed analysis of productivity, labor costs, and material costs. 2. Preparation and evaluation of economic proposals and budgets. 3. Key role in unit price analysis for tenders. Unit Price Analyst for various construction projects and tenders, conducting detailed analysis of work productivity across different activities, and labor and material costs for items listed in the construction catalog. Requirements: * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of unit prices, budgets, tenders, and cost control. * Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices. * Evaluate and review economic proposals. * Prepare budgets. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday, 09:00 to 12:00.
