Guarantee proper inventory management through supervision of merchandise inflows and outflows. Supervise and ensure correct merchandise display and signage to facilitate product purchase by our guests. Lead, coordinate, and supervise activities and training of staff under your responsibility, subject to the store host’s approval. Properly handle tickets, invoices, promissory notes, and assigned values according to defined procedures, delivering them to respective departments to ensure correct document application. Requirements: Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Completed High School 2 years’ experience as Department Head (Retail) Inventory management, Personnel management, execution of sales-floor strategies, customer service.
