Job Summary: GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the maintenance and repair of electric and combustion-powered tools, as well as providing technical support to customers. Teamwork and inventory control **GRUPO TRUPER** and **Fix Stores**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is seeking: **Electromechanical Technician** As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., and additionally providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, air conditioners, or similar equipment * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service, including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, and returning equipment. * Providing in-store sales floor consultation to customers. * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotated weekly). * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports WE OFFER: * Monthly gross salary of MXN 13,500 * Weekly payment (every Friday) * Punctuality and attendance bonus (equivalent to 3 days’ salary) * Productivity bonus * Anniversary bonus * Social Security (100% employer contribution) * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Fixed Sunday rest day SERVICE LOCATION: Avenida de las Industrias No. 14101, Sector 91, Manzana O, Lote 12, Fraccionamiento Chihuahua Siglo XXI, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, C.P. 31136 Apply now and join our team!
