We invite you to become part of our great team in the position of: **Training Analyst.** The main objective of the position is to develop training plans and programs, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding training. * Intern or graduate in administration, psychology, or related fields. * 1 year of experience. * Proficiency in tools for DNC application. * Experience using SIRSE platform. * DC3 generation. * Effective communication. * Organized. Main responsibilities: * Propose, develop, and implement training and internal communication plans. * Identify DNC training needs. * Manage documentation for regulatory compliance. * Develop indicators. * Conduct and coordinate courses, workshops, inductions, and training events.
