Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring optimal equipment operation, supervising machinery rooms, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper operation and operational parameters of equipment 2. Supervise the machinery room and record utility consumption readings 3. Implement and verify preventive and corrective maintenance programs EVENING AND MORNING SHIFTS (ROTATING) TRANSPORTATION GROCERY VOUCHERS PRODUCTIVITY AND ATTENDANCE BONUS DINING FACILITY TIPS **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure proper operation of equipment and adherence to operational parameters. * Supervise machinery room operations. * Record utility consumption readings (electricity, water, and gas) as well as equipment operational readings. * Track corrective maintenance tasks. * Implement preventive maintenance programs. * Verify progress of the preventive maintenance program. * Review logbooks for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Ensure appropriate pH, chlorine, and water hardness levels. * If a swimming pool is present, monitor pool pH and chlorine levels. * Verify proper implementation of energy-saving programs by coordinating equipment and lighting activation/deactivation schedules. * Maintain equipment within operational parameters specified in each equipment’s manual. * Daily verification that equipment operates correctly and safely. * Coordinate with various departments to schedule equipment shutdowns for maintenance when required, and submit signed service reports for approval. * Ensure emergency power generators function properly (periodic inspection every 1 week to 15 days).
