Supervise that necessary equipment and tools for daily operations are available. Supervise, control and direct assigned operational staff. Develop training and development for supervised personnel. Determine pre-alerts issued to destinations, informing the amount of cargo arriving at each one. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control department. Implement contingency plans Requirements Logistics: 4 years. Transportation in courier and package delivery companies. Management of operational and unionized personnel.
