




**FUNCTIONS:** Provide support for the proper functioning of software and hardware. Installation, configuration, and commissioning of the ControlGas system. Installation and configuration of hardware. Technical support via telephone, remote access, and/or on-site. Handle and follow up on assigned tickets. Document and register tickets in the CRM. **FUNCTIONS** * Install the system at new service stations that contract it, either on-site or remotely (depending on the specific case). * Install and configure the hardware components required for the proper operation of the system at service stations, either on-site or remotely (depending on the specific case). * Provide technical support to the installed base of customers as needed for optimal operation of the software and all its components at the service station. Support is provided via telephone service, remote connection, at our facilities, and/or on-site directly at the customer’s premises. * Capture detailed information for each case, as well as related documentation, in the Technical Support CRM, always indicating the case status and the method of handling (telephone, remote, on-site, electronic, etc.). * Handle and follow up on tickets assigned to you. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Networks, communication protocols, and interfaces. * Microsoft platform. * Call center operations. * Basic electronics knowledge. * Basic database management. * Basic accounting knowledge. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in a field related to IT. * Valid driver’s license. * Flexible availability of working hours.
