Responsibilities * Plans and directs the organization's technology strategy. * Manages infrastructure, networks, software, systems, and cybersecurity. * Leads the IT team. * Manages technology budgets and vendors. * Ensures operational continuity of systems. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Required Experience** * 5 years of experience in technology areas. * Experience leading technical teams. * Technology project management. * Implementation of enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, and Digital Counting Systems). * Budget management and vendor relations. **Technical Competencies** * In-depth knowledge of SAP. * Technology infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud). * Cybersecurity. * Databases. * Software architecture. * IT service management. * Digital transformation. * Business continuity. **Soft Skills** * Leadership. * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making. * Effective communication. * Negotiation. * Change management. * Problem-solving. **Responsibilities** * Design the IT strategic plan. * Supervise information security. * Ensure system availability and performance. * Evaluate new technologies. * Coordinate technology projects. * Administer technology contracts. * Report results to senior management.
