This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage employees and meet production objectives. Responsibilities: \*Coordinate daily production operations to ensure effective and timely output. \*Coordinate production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand. \*Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate operational activities and resolve any issues that may arise. \*Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions. \*Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning correctly to prevent downtime and production delays. \*Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. \*Collaborate with operations, quality, and management teams to set production goals and establish targets for the production team. \*Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. \*Develop and maintain standardized work procedures for production processes. **Requirements** ·Industrial Engineering or related field. ·Prior experience in production supervision or management. ·Knowledge of production processes. ·Strong leadership and personnel management skills. ·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ·Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. ·Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. **Salary**: $30,000\.00\-$33,000\.00 **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $33,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
