Manage technological infrastructure with a focus on quality **Job Description: IT Operations Supervisor** **Location:** Chihuahua, Chih. or Mérida, Yuc., Mexico **Employment Type:** Full-time, 45 hours per week **Work Mode:** On-site **Compensation:** $13,500 MXN monthly **Benefits:** All statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) **Job Summary** The **IT Operations Supervisor** will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the Information Technology department, ensuring operational continuity, system availability, and proper management of technological infrastructure. This role requires leadership, organization, and a strong focus on service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the technical support and IT operations team. * Ensure optimal performance of networks, servers, telecommunications, hardware, and software. * Monitor performance and availability of critical systems. * Manage and ensure timely resolution of incidents. * Administer inventories of equipment, licenses, and technological assets. * Implement operational and security policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to meet technological requirements. * Coordinate and follow up with external vendors. * Prepare reports, metrics, and departmental KPIs. * Oversee backups, updates, and preventive/corrective maintenance. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Experience** * 2+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support. * Experience leading personnel (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, firewalls, and basic routing. * Windows and Linux operating systems. * Physical and virtual server infrastructure. * Ticketing and monitoring tools. * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity. * IT inventory management. **Soft Skills** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organization and prioritization. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure. #staff #staffteam Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
