Operational resource administration and KPI monitoring **Technical Manager** **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related field (graduated or intern). * Minimum experience: 3 verifiable years leading technical teams and managing operational resources. **(Minimum 10 people)** * Knowledge: fire detection systems, video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, and applicable regulations. * Skills: leadership, KPI management, planning, problem solving, and effective communication. **Position Objective** To supervise and lead the technical team in executing security (CCTV), fire detection, and access control projects, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of human and material resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical projects (installation, maintenance, and repair). * Lead and motivate the field technical team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards. * Monitor personnel performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, quality, timeliness, and rework. * Manage material resources, tools, vehicles, and operational budget. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical management regarding project progress and delivery. * Ensure compliance with NOM, NFPA standards, and Civil Protection protocols. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field (graduated or intern). * Minimum experience: 3 verifiable years leading technical teams and managing operational resources. * Knowledge: fire detection systems, video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, and applicable regulations. * Skills: leadership, KPI management, planning, problem solving, and effective communication. **Conditions**: * Location: Chihuahua, Chih.
