Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to diagnose failures, repair equipment, and promptly resolve technical incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and field engineer position **Compusof México** We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in **Chihuahua.** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field * Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic) * Structured cabling (preferred) * Configuration of Routers, Switches and Network Switches.\* **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose failures reported by customers. * Replace components, track incidents, provide customer support, and close reports. * 100% FIELD **Job Responsibilities:** Promptly resolve technical incidents and/or service requests arising from end-users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. **We Offer:** * Training as a Field Engineer * Ongoing training. * Statutory benefits * Per diems **Work Arrangement:** 100% On-site field work Coverage of locations outside the candidate's city of residence.
