We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Position Title:** Technical Support Technician **Business Unit:** Electronics \& Controls **Location:** Chihuahua, Mexico 2 **Reports To:** Manufacturing Engineer **Department:** Engineering **General Position Description** Generate necessary documentation for product manufacturing in accordance with customer requirements, resolve process issues, and implement continuous improvement to enhance productivity and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement and/or translate Work Instructions for electronic assemblies * Adapt workstations for operators (based on ergonomic principles) * Generate processes in MES Factory Logix system to ensure product quality * Select and implement tools and equipment in alignment with product and production specifications * Train operators on work methods and instructions * Design and implement Lean Manufacturing methods * Provide production support for process-related issues * Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase Productivity and Quality **Authority:** * Document processes, provide support, and implement process improvements **Basic Requirements:** * Completed technical degree or engineering degree * English proficiency: 70% * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Verbal and written communication skills * Experience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes * Problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills * Proactive **Desired Qualifications:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics * Problem-solving techniques * Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification * Supplier management experience **Prepared By: Engineering Supervisor Audited By:** **Date: 31/May/2024 Received By:** **Required Competencies Korn Ferry.
