We are looking for creative talent who shares our passion for building the future. **Job Description:** The **Junior Community Manager** will be responsible for **managing, creating, and optimizing social media content**, aligned with the brand's communication strategy. They will collaborate with design, photography, and media teams to **strengthen the brand's digital presence** and convey Grupo R10's values across its platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and publish content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). * Write engaging copies consistent with Grupo R10's brand identity. * Monitor interactions, respond to messages, and foster online community engagement. * Assist in developing advertising strategies and performance reporting. * Coordinate with the creative team on campaigns, reels, and product launches. * Propose ideas to increase reach, engagement, and positioning. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and/or content scheduling tools. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Passion for digital communication and design. **Valued Skills:** * Creativity and initiative. * Organization and teamwork. * Analytical ability and adaptability to trends. * Interest in the real estate sector and luxury marketing. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on qualifications. * Growth opportunities within a group executing high-impact projects. * Collaborative and creative work environment.
