Follow and enforce CEDIS operational procedures, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to sales. 2\. Supervise compliance with safety, quality, and health policies within the warehouse, ensuring a safe environment for all personnel. 3\. Promptly address and resolve operational and administrative incidents in coordination with sales supervisors and other involved departments. 4\. Maintain effective communication and healthy working relationships between warehouse, sales, and support teams. 5\. Ensure proper implementation of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and established corporate standards. 6\. Coordinate warehouse staffing, managing schedules, roles, and workloads to ensure operational continuity. 7\. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), including service level, inventory discrepancies, inventory value and days, turnover (FIFO), returns, and shipment certification. 8\. Supervise inventory management, including cycle counting, freshness control, and product rotation. 9\. Control and manage indirect materials (pallets, cardboard, POP materials, displays, etc.) to ensure efficient usage. 10\. Ensure achievement of company-set operational goals, implementing corrective actions when necessary. 11\. Promote continuous improvement of operational processes and implementation of best practices. 12\. Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding discipline, attendance, punctuality, and proper use of company resources. 13\. Safeguard product integrity by ensuring correct handling, storage, and transportation. 14\. Train and develop warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment. 15\. Act ethically, responsibly, and confidentially in all operational and administrative activities. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** **Education** Technical or University Degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field) **Experience** 1\. Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to internal customer service and Warehouse Management 2\. Knowledge of supply chain (logistics, distribution, quality, etc.) 3\. Experience with warehouse management systems 4\. Understanding of operational, safety, and quality standards to implement best practices in warehouses.
