Consignment Warehouse Administrator – Las Chispas Mine\-Sonora **Work Schedule:** 20x10 (10 days day shift / 10 days night shift) **Location:** Las Chispas Mine\-Sonora Job Mission Receive, audit, and organize materials in the consignment warehouse, ensuring administrative control over incoming and outgoing goods, as well as accurate inventory management and replenishment planning—guaranteeing traceability and appropriate support for the service agreement. Key Responsibilities * Receive materials, returns, and containers on-site. * Inspect and audit spare parts to verify quantities and condition. * Store materials in their designated locations within the warehouse. * Execute material picking and generate pick lists. * Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits. * Perform stock balancing and track variances. * Issue service orders to record consumption and request materials according to backlog and maintenance planning. * Record daily consumption in service orders and follow up until closure. * Invoice materials based on validated consumption between Epiroc and the customer. * Submit and deliver invoices with corresponding supporting documentation. * Document material receipts and issuances to ensure traceability. * Request replenishments and monitor supply deliveries. * Manage payments related to consumption. * Prepare monthly consumption reports, proposing stock increases or reductions based on inventory behavior. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area in accordance with safety standards. Requirements * Completed technical diploma or bachelor’s degree. * Preferred specialization in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in stock control and warehouse administration. * Experience in inventory and material control. * Basic English (preferred). * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule in mining operations.
