LOCATION: Hermosillo, Sonora, MX. (Onsite) TRAVEL: less than 10% \#LI\-ONSITE **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Determines the systems and procedures required to support the Distribution Center’s prescribed productivity and service goals. Actively strives to improve productivity, cost, and service objectives. 2\. Works with Logistics Manager and Human Resources to ensure the Distribution Center operates at the budgeted level. 3\. Is responsible for training and professional development of Logistics Associates. Organizes the warehouse to foster consistency and focus across all shifts. Ensures compliance with all quality procedures and systems. 4\. Ensures attendance performance and operational uptime are measured and corrective actions taken for unacceptable situations. Uses an appropriate performance evaluation system. 5\. Participates in safety and emergency response teams, including the Safety and Hygiene Committee. Ensures all warehouse areas comply with cleaning programs and standards. 6\. Implements safety procedures. 7\. Ensures implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 / TL 9000 requirements and all applicable certifications and quality systems, and serves as an active member of the Total Quality Management Team at the Distribution Center. 8\. Develops operating and training procedures for staff on Quality Assurance at the Distribution Center. 9\. Annually evaluates staff performance in Quality Assurance. 10\. Executes special projects and tasks as directed by the Logistics Manager.
